Tonight I'm going to eat buttered vegetables, grilled salmon and rice. Yummers!

Tomorrow I'll start my diet so I'll probably eat nothing.

Last night I made sloppy joes and tonight it'll probably be turkey and noodles (instead of chicken & noodles) - from scratch, of course.

I have NO idea what to make tonight. It's not even 3pm and I'm already hungry and looking for ideas. The problem is, the groceries are running low, so my options are slim. *sigh*

Tonight we are just having calzones. I get the pizza crust that is made by Pilsbury that is in a can. Roll it out put sauce, cheese, veggies and meats and roll it up. The kids love these cause they are able to make them however they want. We will also have a salad to go with out calzones.

rhoshoun - I make something similar. I stir mixed veggies down in with rice, water & chicken soup and then top with chicken breasts (or stir in chunked chicken). Then top with a little grated cheese & melt. It's a big hit at my house.
