That is funny medako I changed my mind and made spaghetti too.

rhoshoun - I make something similar. I stir mixed veggies down in with rice, water & chicken soup and then top with chicken breasts (or stir in chunked chicken). Then top with a little grated cheese & melt. It's a big hit at my house.

TOnight thankfully is dinner out night. It is my only night home early so the DH said that he would take me for dinner. I almost wanted to ask what he did wrong. LOL.. That is terrible of me to think that.

You know come to think of it it was from the creme of chicken can and have you try the bean casserole off of the veggie cans.

Tonight the DH is making green cheese enchiladas, spanish rice and refriend beans. Hopefully there will be some left when I get home since Dh and kids will eat without me since it is my late night.

Tonight I think will be having Chicken and Pork Adobo and salted eggs with tomato on the side. It really compliments each other specially if you have lots of tomatoes in it I really love tomatoes plus their healthy.
