Default What I am making tonight.

Tonight we are having spagetti with italian sausage and my signature sweet homemade spagetti sauce. With some hot cresent rolls. I know it is kind of average, but I have picky eaters. Also to answer the question that is probably in your heads. I do have to know what is for dinner this early becasue my kids start asking as soon as I make breakfast what are we havinf for lunch and dinner LOL. So it is always better to have an answer.

Spagetthi sounds good. We are having left over ham and sweet potatoes from Christmas this evening unless my husband decides to take us out for dinner which I doubt. I will also have salad and rolls for the kids to eat as well.

hmm....maybe spaghetti is an option. I've already been trying to figure out dinner tonight because groceries are getting few and far between...and the grocery trip isn't until NEXT weekend.

I might do some chicken and rice with mixed veggies...decisions, decisions...

I lied. Hubby is working late tonight, but on his way home he's going to stop and get us Subway instead.

Not having to cook....almost feels like a date night

Haha! Good for you then.

My mom usually starts cooking dinner by lunchtime. Weird isn't it? I don't know why she does that. But the dinner always tastes good anyway so no one bothers. I asked her today what we'll be having for dinner. She said we'd be having soup, spring rolls, steak and some sauteed veggies. But I want pasta too.

I usually dont plan what we are having. Kids are always so picky, it is hard to make all of them happy.

Yes, it is really hard to make the kids eat dinner. So to make the kids in our house eat dinner, my mom usually cooks hotdogs, spaghetti, corned beef, fried chicken and sometimes eggs too. Then she usually has chocolate drink or brownies for dessert. But there are also times (when my mother is angry) that she lets my siblings eat whatever food is served on the table.

My mom always had a good amount of mac & cheese on hand just in case my (very) picky little sisters didn't feel like eating what was for dinner that night. As they got older it because their responsibility to whip it up if they didn't want what she was making.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling lazy, I'll heat up a big can of baked beans, or ranch style beans, make some mac & cheese, and some corn or green beans. Every one loves it. Tonight we are eating at church so I don't have to make dinner. Last night I just threw some fish sticks and tator tots in the oven because I had to do my grocery shopping. I was tired and didn't feel like cooking!

NOTHING!

tonight is mommy's night off! I'm going out to dinner with my mom and brother and leaving hubby & Jack at home to fend for themselves! (I have a feeling it'll either be leftover mexican pizza or frozen bean burritos)
