What timezone are you in, Peacherina?

Today we had Creamy Ham Casserole:

    1 package egg noodles
    2 cups broccoli florets
1 can Healthy Choice/98%FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup lowfat milk
2 cups shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 small tub reduced fat onion/chive flavor cream cheese
    2 cups chopped cooked ham
    1 cup chopped carrot
    1 cup crushed seasoned croutons

Bring 2 quarts water to a boil; add egg noodles and boil for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and boil 3 more minutes; drain.

While this is cooking, combine soup, milk, cream cheese, and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Add the ham and carrot. Add the noodles & broccoli.

Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and croutons. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

This is 8 WW points, in case anyone cares.

Oh I see, I was wondering if maybe you were in Hawaii or somewhere and talking about tonight's dinner.

    I'm all caught up now.

I don't know yet what we're having tomorrow, maybe leftover ham casserole 'cause it made a ton, LOL.

Although, the hubby will probably want to fire up the grill. Maybe we'll have grilled sausage.

Well, it won't be for dinner, but I think we will be doing like most people do on the 4th of July.......COOKOUT! We are going to fire up the grill and spend some time with relatives.

We grilled also - marinated chicken breasts. They turned out really nice and juicy!

We also had some of the usual 4th sides - potatoes, beans, etc. I am stuffed but happy. Leftovers tomorrow!

We just got home from a friend's place. We had grilled filet mignons, steamed shrimp, a green salad and asparagus too. Along with some nice freshly baked rolls. Gotta love summer time and barbequing

I have no idea what to make tonight. I'm thinking about having some Garlic and Parmesan Chicken Breast Bake because I don't feel like making much else. I've been so overwhelmingly tired lately that not a whole lot sounds worth it to even make.

Yup...we DID cook out. The basic ol' hambugers and hotdogs. They turned out well though. I grilled up some onions....yum yum!
