Cereal is always a great meal. I love Fruity Pepples. My kids laugh at me cause they are not allowed to eat my cereal. If I did they would have it gone in a day.

I love eating Chicken Tinola for lunch. This is very easy to prepare. The ingredients are: chicken, ginger, small green papayas (peeled & cut), water, chili leaves, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
First, you need to saute chicken in hot oil. Add ginger, garlic and onion. Saute until onion is transparent. Season with salt then add water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add papayas to chicken and cook about 5 minutes or until papaya is tender but not mushy. Add chili leaves; cover pot and turn off heat. Let stand for 1 minute. Try it, it really tastes good. Last edited by pinkperson; 01-14-2007 at 08:35 AM. |
