I should really start adding some of these ideas into my eggs. I don't usually just do scrambled eggs, but put scrambled eggs on a english muffin or bagel for a sandwich.

An egg sandwich sounds good. Maybe I will make one this morning and take it to work. I have some ham and cheese that I could add to it. I am sure it will be cheaper than stoping on the way to work.

I would definitely agree with your recipe, it is truly very tasty. But for me I still try to incorporate meat in it. I usually add sliced hotdogs or ground meat in it so that it can be in itself a full meal if you serve it with some veggies and rice or bread.
