Default How do you like your meat?

Do you like them well done, medium rare, rare? I personally want it medium rare so I can still taste the juiciness of the meat and plus the natural flavors of the meat of course. I don't want well done, because it seemed so dry for me. How bout you guys?

I usually like mine cooked medium. It's fine if it's pink and I don't want it cooked so long that it's dry, but I don't want it bleeding.

I like mine medium as well. Not too rare, not too well done. I like the meat tender and juicy.

forgive me for saying this - no biology experiments served at my table (stick the steak knife in and the blood runs out)

well done and still juicy and very flavorful - cooked just the way we like it

I like my meat to be medium. I like many of you don't want it tough and dry but I don't want it to look like it was just butchered either.

It was only as an adult that I could even eat a steak. My mother liked it charred and well'done. And they were thin steaks. She didn't marionate or season. IT was like eating leather. Only when I grew up and saw other people eating them did I realize a steak could be juicy and not leathery. I like my steak blackend, well chicken, too, but I like it to be cooked medium well. Cook it well done and you lose some of the taste in my opinion.
