I am actually not really good in cooking, I know some recipes by heart because I do them frequently and also because I don't have much recipes to cook because I don't really think they are easy to do. And so, to sum it all up I just know three recipes. All of which are chicken recipes including fried chicken.

Well, when I was in the service they taught us not to memorize torque specs (how much to tighten a bolt) and look them up before tightening. It seems the same goes for cooking.
When I cook from memory I often leave things out and the resulting meal isn't necessarily what I was planning on. So I get out my favorite recipes and follow them so my trusted dinners come out as I expect. |
