    Default Lasagna

I was just wondering how you like the lasagna you eat? What kind of things do you want in it?

I am a very simple lasagna eater. I love lasagna, but don't always like the extra stuff that people put in it. I want the lasagna noodles, cheese (no ricotta please), hamburger, and pasta sauce. Nothing extra like cottage cheese or vegetables or anything. But my lasagna must be cheesy. Yum.

My Mom makes the best lasagna in my opinion. No one can make her lasagna like her though my sister has tried several times and I have tried once before. lol

So again, how do you like your lasagna?

What cheese do you use, if it's not ricotta or cottage cheese? I've never seen a lasagna that didn't have one or the other.

I like all kinds of lasagna.

Traditional lasagna with noodles, beef, ricotta & mozzarella & sauce
Vegetable lasagna with tomatoes, zucchini and other veggies, & plenty of cheese.

I have also seen a Mexican lasagna. It's quite tasty but obviously not authentically Italian. LOL.

I'm the least picky eater in the world. I'll eat just about anything (except bananas), so there's not much you could put in a lasagna that I wouldn't eat. The more veggies and flavors going on, the better.

We make our lasagna with pepperoni, sausage, ricotta cheese, mozzerella cheese, and sauce. Many people think that it wouldn't taste good with pepperoni but it does.

    Default Lasagna roll ups

I make lasagna roll ups for family and friends. I cook the noodles per package instructions, cool them, lay them out and fill with ingredients. Roll them up and place vertically in the pan. Cover and bake about 30 or 40 minutes til heated thru.
If anyone wants the recipe, please let me know. (I use spinach, nutmeg and a few other ingredients)
