Default Bean Soup For Those Cold Nights

1 Lb. Dried Great Northern Beans
    2 Smoked Pork Neck Bones
    1/2 C. Diced Onion
    1/4 Cup Diced Celery
    1 C. Diced Potatoes
    1/2 C. Diced Carrot
    1 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillion Powder
    Pinch Of Thyme
    Pinch Of Basil
    Sprinkle Of Parsley
A Few Dashes Of Hot Sauce
    Salt & Pepper To Taste

Wash And Rinse Beans, Soak In Water Over Night Or Use 1 Hour Method [wash Beans And Cover With Water In Large Pot Bringing To A Boil For 1 Minute Turn Off Heat Cover And Let Soak 1 Hour] Place Soaked Beans And All Other Ingredients Into A Large Crock Pot Cover With Water And Make Sure There Is Plenty Of Water. Cook On High 6 To 8 Hours. Before serving de-bone the meat returing meat to pot. If you like Campbell's bean with bacon soup you will love this. I also add a dash of garlic powder sometimes.
