Wow Lil'bit,

I read your post and it inspired me. I was planning on having leftovers. And I just decided to take the leftover pork roast and turn it into some kind of Tortilla wraps, complete with avacado, diced tomato, shredded cheddar, sour cream, and black olives!

Thanks, Cathy

Wife and I are both working late today. We are going to have something we usually eat as an indulgence: Crispy pancetta and cheese (Vermont cheddar probably) sandwiches on home made sourdough bread, with what else? Tomato soup.

Hi Jafo,
Sounds good. Do you use Cabot's cheese from Vermont? It is my favorite! My sister got me started on it and now I simply love their products! Thankfully you can find it in almost any store down here now. But she used to have to mail me mine.

Cathy

Yes, I use Cabot a lot! I also like their garlic and herb cheddar, which we might end up using tonight.

I was up all night last night reloading my computer and needed an easy meal to fix.
