Wow Lil'bit,
I read your post and it inspired me. I was planning on having leftovers. And I just decided to take the leftover pork roast and turn it into some kind of Tortilla wraps, complete with avacado, diced tomato, shredded cheddar, sour cream, and black olives! Thanks |

Sounds good. Do you use Cabot's cheese from Vermont? It is my favorite! My sister got me started on it and now I simply love their products! Thankfully you can find it in almost any store down here now. But she used to have to mail me mine. Cathy |
