I would have loved to have seen your "table-cats"!

These dinners all sound so yummy compared to my frozen in-a-bag chicken florentine...what can I say, the Olympics win out over cooking! At least I get credit for making a fresh fruit salad togo with it.

Tonight's supper? LEFTOVERS! Flank Steak and mushrooms, red potatoes and broccoli salad. I sent the bundt home with my company so at least that's outta the house! Also, cubed-up the sun-dried tomato bread and froze in a zip-lock to make croutons with next time I whip-up a big smoked salmon or chicken Caesar Salad.

Your left overs sound good. I love Cat's they are so cute! I had a cat once called Gypsy he was an indoor outdoor Cat. He was a cool cat but he didn't like staying in much. I used to go to breakfast at this place and order home made corn beef hash, It was really good. The restaurant would always give me to much. Gypsy used to Love the left overs. One time Gypsy came home and he smelled like he went to a barbeque. I think he was every ones cat He had a good personality! He loved to eat that's for sure. Now I'm pet-less it's ok but pets are fun to have around. So cute! Cookie

This morning I made french toast from some fresh buttermilk bread I made last night. I fried some turkey sasuage and made a little gravy. I had a few biscuits left from the day before. I gave Jon the french toast with syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar & nutmeg along with a bowl that had turkey sasuage, biscuits & gravy in it. That was 8 this morning and it is after 5 now and he is still so full he hasnt eaten anything else all day lol.

Cookie- I was at Kroger's a while ago to check out their melons and in the fridge-case I found this pre-made baked ziti w/ marinara & sweet fennel sausage... reminded me of your yummy mostacioli & sausage, so I grabbed a container of it. Gonna take it to work tonight for my mid-night meal. Hope it's as yummy as it looks!

janie- your breakfast for jon sounds delish! And I'm not even a bread fan these days!
