Default Calling Big "D"!!!

Well now that we find out we are so compatable, and enjoy so many of the same "things" and such, ya' just gotta tell us what are some of your favorite meals? Snacks, and hey even a favorite recipe or 2?

Like for instance tonight we're having hot wings done in the crock pot, well actually it's hot wings, legs and thighs! I cut up a whole chicken and place those pieces in the crock pot and cover them in wing sauce and leave on low until tonight when I get home. Oh my goodness is the flavor soooo great!!! The sides will be a nice parmeasan cheese Rice-A-Roni and some spinach along with some rolls and Iced Tea (tonight's flavor is Raspberry)!

The breast and other meat I skinned and cut into chicken nuggets pieces to fry up for dinner tomorrow night. I dip each piece in buttermilk dredge in seasoned flour and deep fry until done, with that we will have mashed potatoes and some green beans.

I am so anxious for my eggplants to be ready to pick and the squash, I love some of the Moroccan vegetable dishes using these vegetables!!!

Have you ever eaten or prepared Moroccan recipes or Middle-Eastern cusine? Oh my goodness is it good for you and so tasty! They use alot of lemon and olive oil to prepare their food and they are so wonderful tasting!

Well let me know, Cathy
