Really great stuff. I cooked an interesting meatloaf tartlets earlier this week

prepair meat loaf as you normally would (with your fav ingredients).
place the meat mixture in a cupcake pan about half way up and then place prepaired mashed pots on top of the meat mixture. place some shredded cheddar cheese and peperika for looks. bake at 425 for about 25 min or until them meet the thoroughly cooked.

When I want something easy for dinner, I make my dad's potato soup. It's macaroni, potatoes, velveeta cheese, milk, bacon bits, salt, pepper....I think that's it. LOL I don't know how much of what because I've been making it so long I just know how it's supposed to look.

My favorite easy *sort of a meal* is nachos. Just put pretty much whatever you want on a pile of chips and put in the oven until heated. I loved making that on movie night.

My favorite easy cook comfort food's carbonara. I just open a can of Campbell's mushroom soup, put some tomatoes, onions and tomatoes and put it in whatever pasta I decide to cook!

Hereunder is my suggestion for what you can cook tonight. I just don't know what is the appropriate name for this meal. Anyway, here it is.

Ingredients:

1 can corned beef
1 cabbage
onion
garlic
lemon(it's calamansi here in the Philippines)
water

Procedure:

1. Saute garlic and onion.
2. Add the corned beef.
3. Add cabbage.
4. Then add water. Let it boil.
5. When almost done, add lemon(calamansi).
6. Simmer for at least 3 minutes.

That's it. Very simple but delicious. My 7-year old cousin loves this recipe.
