Dinner
Tonight I'm making salmon with lemon, margarine and dill in the oven at about 350 for 20-25 min, mashed potatoes, and a salad for Saturday's dinner.
Today I made a batch of deviled eggs and I bought a bag of Reese's, small p.b. Easter eggs (my first bag of candy I bought so far.) Cookie

I roasted a whole turkey breast for dinner tonight with some mashed potatoes and stove top Cranberry stuffing. Whole berry Cranberry sauce and gravy. Dinner was fine but I really enjoyed my turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce sandwich that I just had for a snack.

Sunday, 4/5: My family are doing brunch at "Jill's on Galena" at 11:00AM, then working the rest of the day at my sister's to clean the patio and get the pool readied for the new season.
Since the buffet will likely leave us quite FULL the rest of the day, I plan on just taking over some vanilla ice cream and rootbeer to make floats with for us all, come supper-time.

I've been sick this weekend. My throat swelled up and I couldn't swallow very well so for dinner last night I made a light soup of spring vegetables and put a fried egg on top. It was really soothing and hit the spot.
Tonight I'm going to make pasta e fagioli and a nice salad.
