I have seen very few Thai recipes that don't call for them hot chilies. I am thinking that most people from Thailand love spicy food. I may be wrong for making a racial assumption, lol.

You are certainly not wrong. I've been to Thailand and they love their spicy food. Luckily for me so do I. They can't make it too spicy for me. Delicious!

She gives me a bunch of those evil chilies every summer. I have some of them dried in the freezer right now. Jon loves them in Japanese chicken wings. They are way to hot for me.

Tonight my hubby took us out to Red Lobster and we feasted upon Lobster & Shrimp! Yummy!!! And I had 2 Hurricanes (he was the designated driver) and I am soooo stuffed. I love their biscuits and salad and that is all before you even get your real food!!!!!
