[Wow Cookie that sounds terrific, I must try it. Do you cook it in a covered skillet? Is that what you meant by stove top?

Yes, I cook it on the stove in a Big frying pan without the lid on it. You could probably put a lid on it but on a low flame, this dish turned out really good

For Wed. night dinner I made orange roughy with margarine, lemon & dill with tomato couscous. Cookie

I've had so many radishes from the garden this year and I keep all the greens. I was going to make radish leaf pesto from Clotilde's recipe on Chocolate and zucchini but instead I decided to make them into a gratin along with swiss chard also from the garden. It's absolutely delicious. I just had another little slice for breakfast.

Yup! I usually prefer a savory breakfast. If I eat something sugary at breakfast I will be shaking like a leaf in an hour. The other day for breakfast I had toast with cream cheese and left over beef brisket. Yum!

Still working late tonight so dinner is a huge bucket of humus with carrots.

Cookie, I am going to swipe your recipe for a BBQ grilled chicken and make an apricot glaze with the garlic a lemon juice. What a great combination.

Tonight we girls went to a friend of mine's house and she had a deli tray with meats and cheeses, fresh fruit salad, and fresh veggies & dip. Oh and for us adults we had Mimosa's!!! We had a fantastic night! It's nice to have a girl's get together every now & then!
