Yesterday we went to my favorite chinese place a couple of counties over. They have awesome sushi. Two people can eat buffet with drinks for $14.95. They have a huge selection. I wish one of them would locate in this county lol.

The markets up here are getting large loads of sweet corn from Georgia. We have been eating it practically every other night. It has been very good, tender and sweet. As a kid you had to get corn fresh to enjoy it but now it has been engineered rather well to retain it's sugar content.

I made some jambalaya on Thur. morning with kielbasa sausage & sweet green peppers, chopped up. I felt like cooking something spicy. Cookie

    Jambalaya sounds delish, Cookie!

I went light and meatless tonight w/ a huge caesar salad, 3 boiled eggs, and a huge bunch of grapes.
