because of this thread, I am making cincinnati four-way chili tonight. chili, ground beef, brown sugar, rotel, all on top of macaroni.

My mom used to do that with leftover chili. I used to think it was WRONG (I was a teen, I knew everything ). Just last year, I learned of Cinncinati chili, and it blew my mind! My mom didn't know she was cooking a regional specialty. She was just using up the leftovers!

It's going to be cold this weekend. It would be an awesome time to whip up some chili. Leftovers would be nice on top of some spaghetti, too.

new here, but had to jump in on this. Always served chili either on rice or mixed with maceroni. Never even thought of serving it on Spagetti! Going to have to try this! Thanks for the great idea!

When you folks are talking Cincinatti Chili, are you talking about chili made with Cocoa powder? Like the Mexican meals made with Mole? I love that type of chili and chocolate too.
