Default Chili with noodles tonight

We made chili with French's Chili-o tonight. It's such an easy and tasty chili. Probably the best chili I've had and from a package at that. We serve it over spaghetti noodles, and top with a little fresh chopped onion. And a little Cheddar cheese.

Umm. Umm. good.

I think you can use any chili you like, even vegetarian. We have a local chili joint that serves the chili this way, so we sorta copied it. They offer 3 kinds of chili, Texas, Cincinatti, and veggie. Texas is what we think of as chili, Cincinatti has some cocoa powder added, and veggie is vegetarian [and since I'm a carnavore I must say it is good]. They serve the chili over pasta, with chopped onions, and with grated Cheddar cheese. Your choice. Since eating there, we almost always serve chili in this way.

That sounds really good! I've never had Cincinnati chilli. I've also never had chilli over noodles. I've always had chilli with mashed potatoes.
