Meatloaf is indeed a wonderful traditional dish, here Keziah- and I HIGHLY recommend it! It's delicious hot as a entree served w/ either Macaroni & Cheese and Green Beans- OR w/ Mashed Potatoes & Gravy... OR COLD leftovers the next day, sliced and sandwiched onto bread w/ mayonnaise. YUM!

Tonight's supper was EXTRA-SIMPLE: a cheese, bacon & onion omelet, lyonnaise potatoes and buttered rye toast w/ grape jam.

I'm going to give this one a try.

I am salivating just reading the recipe. I'll let you know how I get on.

Today I am doing some simple grilled steaks with sauteed mushrooms.
Tomorrow I am making rigatoni with sweet italian sausage and tomato sauce plus fried ravioli and garlic toast. For dessert I will be making orange crush cake. We are taking it all to Jon's Dads to have dinner with him.

Tuesday's Dinner was Italian marinated chicken breasts lightly breaded, cooked in the oven at 350 35 min. My side dish was 4-cheese mashed potatoes.
