Yes it would be a wonderful time!
I made burrito casserole and I roasted a chicken stuffed with garlic and herbs.
Yesterday I grilled two steaks my MIL gave me and made baked potatoes to go with. She told me anything I found in their fridge while they were gone I could have and well they had two 8oz new york strip steaks in the freezer lol.
I aslo made a pot of chili for my FIL today. Dropped it off to him this evening.

Big fan of lobster. Sounds delicious, I'll be round for dinner.
Today dinner is very simple
Lincoln sausages
Mashed pots
Peas
Runner beans
Mini yorkshire puddings
Onion gravy.

That sounds wonderful. Are the sausage you eat rether mild? I did notice you mention having sausage often and I am wondering if it is different from the sausage we eat in the USA? I am afraid if I ate our sausage too often I would die of a clogged artery!

Wednesday my FIL took us out for chinese since Thurday is my BD.

I love a good sausage, and mine a very lean, no msg, no additives. I will eat about 4 a month, I don't think that is excessive. I usually make about 16 links in one go and give some to my Mum and some to my elder sister.
