For dinner tonight I will be making Kefta Tagine with Lemons and Cilantro. This is little tiny meat balls made of ground lamb or beef, tonight I will use beef. I will serve them on some crusty french bread, they make the most incredible Meatball Sandwiches I have ever tasted!!!

For a side dish we will have Marrakchi Haricot Beans, a lovely dish made from Navy Beans, almost like a soup.

So tonight is soup and sandwich night! Hip-hip hooray!!!

Disclaimer: My son-in-law is a chef, and lately I have been doing alot of cool dishes to try and show off for him Ordinarily I do not cook so many fancy dishes in a weeks time

Yep we could just meet at the half-way point

My son-in-law is Dominican and he told us in his country all the relatives live very close together, so when they cook each family will take part of what they have cooked to one anothers houses and they all eat like kings!!! I like that idea.

Well here is what we came up with. I forgot to pick the banana peppers so we've got sauteed red and green bell peppers

Here is everything on the homemade dough ( I can't take credit for that part. My wife made the dough. )

I had them too close together on the cookie sheet and I had to separate them a bit

And here we have them sliced up after cooling a bit

They were quite tasty
