Well tonight we're having hotdogs, with chili sauce and homemade mac and cheese

Just thought I'd post a funny pic.

Love the humor

Tonight I am making a big pot of dried beans and some corn bread, I am sure some other family member will throw on a pot of rice, and then I am going to make some chopped beef steak patties smothered in sauted onions & bell peppers and covered with cheese!

After I cook the girls and I are off to Barnes & Noble for hot latte & book browsing

You bet cha ScubaLady!

P.S. Those beans turned out so yummy and good beans are a GREAT cold weather food! I wound up making a broccoli, rice and cheese casserole to go with everything it worked!

Default Love my WOK!

Love the hot dog picture, so cute.

Tonight for dinner I made a pkg. of tri-colored tortellini, then cut up bite size smoked turkey sausage. I stir fried a bag of frozen mixed veggies in olive oil & garlic powder in a wok. Mixed tortellini, sausage, veggies together in wok added a small jar of cream sauce. Sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top. Served it right from the wok, It was Good all-gone! Cookie
