Oh Ricky.....calling Rick...what about a nice low-sodium rub, is it possible? Then like JP could cook himself a nice little mignon and eat it guilt-free and not have to worry! And oh would it go good with a nice salad. You would not have to make much, just a few batches Would it work?

Oh, I've been known to have a steak (small one) but with no rub at all. Its not too bad either.
