A plethora of pork goodness

Today I fired up the smoker for a pork shoulder, and since I've got it going anyway, I'll smoke some Italian sausages, and some country style ribs I picked up cheap.

Oh I am sorry she's feeling bad! Hope it's nothing serious. Your menu of smoked goodies sounded great! Maybe next time you can post photos. We had a Birthday party today for my little one; 10 today!!! Hip-hip hooray! Then tomorrow another party for my Grandson, and he will be 9 yrs old!!! These back to back birthdays are a killer Keeps one hopping from AM til PM. Then we loaded up all the kids and shot out to the mall so they could see Santa! I am amazed that they no longer wait until after Thanksgiving to start on Christmas. Oh well with our sagging economy I guess they are trying to rev up sales early on! At the mall they have this crazy Hurricane Machine you put in $2.00 and get to stand in Hurricane force winds, well the kids wanted to try it so my daughter and the 4 kids got in>>>let me tell you it was hysterical I laughed until I cried, their hair was flying all over the place and the looks on their faces were priceless, it was worth the $2.00 spent, the little 5 yr. old said "it was kind of cold!"
