Default It's tacos last night thanks to Mama.

Several weeks ago the family had tacos while I had my "low sodium" chicken breast. Went to SP and asked if anyone had a recipe for low sodium taco seasoning or one I could convert to low sodium. Mama to the rescue. Her recipe is on the Low Sodium forum. Needless to say I made it and put in up in a small jar for safekeeping. Last night the wife asked if it would bother me if they had Tacos (from McCormicks high sodium mix). No problem. I couldn't find any more ground beef but did find 1Lb of ground venison in the freezer. Who said you can't make tacos with venison? It tasted a lot like McCormicks, maybe a little hotter. We all have enough left over for tonight too. Thank you so much Mama.

BTW I used the 3rd recipe down on Mamas list because of the use of onion powder instead of salt plus the extra chili powder and cumin.
