Snow Crab Legs
We're going to have Snow Crabs tonight. And while we like to eat Carolina blue crabs, they're kinda messy, and a bit of work. The Alaskan Snow Crabs are a different story. They're basically already cooked, and just need a good steaming to get them thawed and warm.
We serve the Alaskan Snow Crab with a small bowl of melted butter and some seafood seasoning, and some delicious corn on the cob, which is overflowing at the local produce stands around here.
This is a nice steam and serve meal that works great for weeknights. And it's good for weekends too, especially when you just feel like cheating and relaxing.
