Yesterday I made a big dinner for Jon's Dads 72nd BD. Last night for a late supper I made Jon and I a steak I had soaking in a marinade for about a day. I whipped up some beer batter mushrooms, fries and warmed some store bought beef gravy for dipping.

Can you imagine the food their would be if all of us got together lol.
OMG Janie!!! Rick with the BBQ, Kev with all the cakes and other goodies, foods with a southern flair, Italian, Indian, - probably every cuisine...........................

Im braising short ribs this evening to take to my father in laws tomorrow. I made my first batch of cheddar scones and I roasted a chicken for Jon and I to eat the next couple of days. I got a new camera today so I took pics.
