I haven't eaten peanut butter in years (literally) but when I did I preferred crunchy .

I love the creamy peanut butter but I buy more so because I make my 18 month old peanut butter and jelly and he would get chocked on the peanuts.

I am not much for "natural" PB. I like it sweetened. maybe corn syrup?

I've never made my own, but I do enjoy the natural peanut butters available now - like Skippy's is pretty good.

Skippy's is good. As for that dried banana thing, I don't like bananas, and trust me, having them dried doesn't sweeten the deal.

There is a peanut butter out there "Power PB" that is much healthier for you. he serving size is 4tbsp - carbs 12 - protien 24 - fat 12. Compared to regualr pb Serving size 2 tbsp - carbs -16 - protien 9 - fat 17

It is expensive however
