    Default Stuffed pork loin

I made a stuffed pork loin today

Stuffing is corn, onions, bread cubes along with sage, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper

I opened up the pork loin as best I could

    added the stuffing

rolled it up and put it in a baking dish with a coating of spices and flour so it forms a crust on the outside

fresh from the oven and I used all those goodies in the pan to make a gravy

here it is plated and served with mashed potatoes

Very good job Rick. While I love pork loin I've never actually had it stuffed. I will have to try that.

Rick, one fine looking meal. I do that some time. I am out of pork loin just now. Waiting for it to go on sale. Love the photos. CF
