When we have leftover bread, I let it sit and get stale, then it goes in the food processor. Homemade breadcrumbs taste much better than store bought. I keep them in the freezer till I need them.

I keep a container in the freezer and add leftover veggies to it. Eventually I have enough to make stew.
I use leftover roast for taquitos. We shredd the leftover roast and add some onions roll it up in a corn tortilla and fry them. It is good. Especially if you use Lipton soup as a season on the roast when it is cooked.

If we ever have left over roast, my husband takes it to work as sandwiches. Which saves some money on lunchmeat, until my daughters get into it & eat it all.

Having left overs is not all that bad. It brings out the creativity of the person. But I don't really know if it brings out the creativity in me. All I do with left overs is mix it with fried rice to make rice toppings or make a soup out of it.
