What is for Dessert?

You know, I have to say, those Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches really don't taste like diet food at all. Which is a problem because then I want to eat more than one, which defeats the whole purpose of having "diet" food in the first place!

I would have to say that mine are homemade cream puffs. What we do is make the pastery then add icecream and hot fudge to it. They are so delicious.

homemade ice cream is one of our favorites. I make lemon, vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, etc....

The other day we had crockpot peach cobbler. It turned out awesome. It was my first time ever making it.

For me dessert is always something I look forward too, even if I have had the most satisfying meal in my entire life. I always love ice cream for dessert. I enjoy chocolate mousse also or a serving of a creamy fruit salad. But whatever it would be, you really can't go wrong with desserts I think.
