Chili, way too hot and spicy. If there is a food and it is a little spicy, I don't want it. Don't even want to be in the VACINITY of it.

What is 'consomme'? I've never heard of it.

And i bet it would be even tastier if you used Panko instead of regular bread crumbs!

Those look a lot like something that my mom used to make. She didn't leave them in balls though, she flattened them out & made tuna patties. They were really good.
