Does it have anything besides those ingredients in it? If not I would just grill strips of steak. Cook some angel hair pasta. Add it together with some ginger, soy sauce and salt and pepper. You can add steamed broccoli or other veggies as well.

YIKES!!! geez flyweil - do you know how many recipes I could give you??? I'll post a few and you take a look at them and let me know if anything is close or if there is anything else in the dish - we need a starting point with this one!

Beef and Noodles

1 (2 to 2 1/2 pound) boneless chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 large onions, chopped
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 ( 8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup sour cream
Hot cooked noodles

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook beef and onions in butter until the meat is browned. Add the next nine ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat
is tender. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.

Yields 4 to 6 servings.

You could use just about any cut of steak for this recipe.

Was it a stroganoff??

BEEF STROGANOFF

1 1/2 lbs. sirloin
2 cups beef bouillon
2 T. ketchup
2 tsp. salt
2 T. margarine
1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
3 T. flour
1 clove garlic chopped fine
1 lb. extra wide egg noodles

Slice beef into 1/2 inch by 1 inch chunks. With margarine, brown beef in skillet (don't overcook). Reserve 1/3 cup bouillon. Mix remaining bouillon, ketchup, garlic, salt, and pepper in with beef and simmer covered about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally (simmer longer with lesser quality cuts of beef- until tender). Add sliced mushrooms and onion and simmer until onion is tender (about 5 to 7 minutes). Add flour to reserved bouillon (be sure bouillon is cool) and shake or stir till smooth. Slowly stir bouillon/flour mix into skillet, bringing back to simmer to thicken. Stir in sour cream just until warmed thoroughly. Serve over egg noodles.

Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs. beef stew meat (cut into bite sized pieces, if you wish)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/3 - 1/2 soup can of water
8 oz. sour cream
1 small can sliced mushrooms

Combine both soups, dry soup mix, and water in casserole dish. Add stew meat, cover and cook at 325ºF for 3 to 4 hours. 10 minutes before serving, stir in sour cream and mushrooms. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.

STEAK OVER NOODLES

3 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 can tomatoes and green chiles
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can tomatoes
2 T. wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked

Cut steak into small strips. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add steak and brown quickly.

Combine tomatoes and green chiles with onion soup mix. Pour over steak. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and cheese. Simmer until steak is tender, approximately 1 to 2 hours. Cook noodles according to package directions, then drain well. Serve steak mixture over cooked noodles. Top with parmesan cheese.

Was it done in a crockpot?

Beef Stroganoff In The Crock Pot

1 pounds beef for stew
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cups beef bouillon
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 small garlic clove ; crushed
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion ; chopped
3 tablespoon flour
1 cup sour cream
3 cups hot cooked noodles - (to 4 cups)

Dredge beef in flour and salt. Melt butter or margarine in large skillet and add beef and onion. Cook over medium heat until browned.

Place beef bouillon, ketchup, garlic and mushrooms in crock pot and mix. Add cooked beef and onions. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Add sour cream, cover and cook for 30 to 45 minutes (do not let mixture boil).

Serve over hot cooked noodles.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Beef Stroganoff - Crock Pot

3 pounds beef round steak, 1/2" thick
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 medium onions ; thinly sliced,
and separated into rings
2 cans sliced mushrooms - (4 oz ea) ; drained
(or 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced)
1 can condensed beef broth - (10 1/2 oz)
1 cup dry white wine ; (optional)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup flour
Hot, cooked rice or noodles ; for serving

Trim all excess fat from steak and cut meat into 3-inch strips about 1/2 inch wide. Combine 1/2 cup flour, the salt, pepper and dry mustard; toss with steak strips to coat thoroughly. Place coated steak strips in crock pot; stir in onion rings and mushrooms.

Add beef broth and wine; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours. Before serving, combine sour cream with 1/4 cup flour; stir into crock pot. Serve stroganoff over rice or noodles.
