A while back you posted a recipe that called for this. I asked you then to check the bottle to see if it was any different than plain old ancho chili powder. Are you saying that the recipes you've been posting aren't tried and true? I just assumed you were posting dishes that you had tried and liked. Anyway, you can purchase plain ancho chili powder, labeled as such. Or you can make your own. Anchos are merely the dried form of the poblano chili. |
