Default tone's cajun

I just saw on this website that they have the Tone's Cajun seasoning. I'm gonna have to buy a couple of those. That is my favorite spice. It is hard to find here. I have only seen it at Sam's Club. Which I'm not a member of. They have some good prices on this site for the spices.

Is that different from Tony Chachere?

Yes, it is. I use that too sometimes. But I like this a lot better. Here is the link to it on this site. http://www.spiceplace.com/tones_loui..._seasoning.php

I'm gonna have to try that; I love anything Cajun.

I love Cajun Catfish. It's so New Orleans! Serve the Cajun Catfish with some nice garlic buttered grits and corn on the cob, and I'm in heaven.

Oh this is really spicy too. I forgot to mention that. Like sometimes it would open up my nose and make me sneeze.

What do you season with this Tones Cajun Seasoning? I've read about the catfish. Anyone want to share their secret recipe using this spice? Chicken or Shrimp seem like the obvious suspects. How about trout, salmon, or crawfish recipes? Or a breakfast recipe, I think I could make a nice Cajun hash brown recipe.

Yes it is spicier than that in my opinion. I like to use it in rice to spice it up.
