Recipe: Garden Salad
- 2 pounds vegetable Rotini
- 1 pound broccoli
- 1 pound cauliflower
- 1 pound Colby cheese
- 1 cup celery, diced
- Sea salt
- Season*All Seasoned Salt
- White pepper
- 1 pound ham, cooked and diced
- 1 can green peas
- 1 small onion, diced
- 16 ounce. bottle Italian Dressing
- Cook garden rotini according to the directions on package. Drain, and cool.
- Add ham. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces, cook in a steamer
until almost done but not mushy.
- Drain and cool. Add peas.
- Grate or dice Colby cheese.
- Add diced onion and celery.
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Add seasonings and Italian dressing
to taste.
- Mix well and chill for an hour or so before serving.
