2 eggs
2 cups crumbled stale bread
2 cups milk
3 tbsps ketchup
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 lbs lean hamburger
1 green pepper or red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degress.
Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
Add bread, milk and seasonings.
Let stand for approx 1/2 hour; mash.
Add hamburger and vegetables.
Pack into 2 greased loaf pans 9 1/2 X 5 1/2 X 2 3/4 inches.
Bake about 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold.
