Recipe: Hamburger Stroganoff

Recipes using Tones Ground Paprika

• 1 tsp butter
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 ½ tsps paprika
• 1 can sliced mushrooms
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

1. Melt better in frying pan.
2. Add beef and onion.
3. Cook until lightly browned.
4. Stir in paprika, soup and undrained mushrooms.
5. Simmer 10-15 minutes
6. Blend in sour cream; season to taste.
7. Remove to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.

Caution: Don’t let mixture boil after adding sour cream.
