Recipe: Herb Poultry Stuffing
- 2 tbsps chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsps OLD BAY Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 4 cups unseasoned stuffing croutons
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Preheat oven to 350 if cooking stuffing in a casserole dish
- Saute onions in butter until tender.
- Stir in next 3 ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine onion mixture with bread cubes and broth, mix well.
- Use as stuffing for poultry and bake as usual, or place in greased casserole and cover.
- Bake for 20 minutes, uncover and bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
