Recipe: Herbed Broccoli Casserole
- 2 package frozen broccoli spears
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 3/4 cup herb-seasoned cube stuffing
- Saute broccoli, onion, and celery in butter until onion and celery are soft.
- Stir Poultry Seasoning, Cheddar cheese and mushrooms into mushroom soup beating until cheese melts.
- Stir in broccoli mixture and herb-cubed stuffing.
- Turn into casserole.
- Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
