2 package frozen broccoli spears
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp butter
5 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can mushrooms
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
3/4 cup herb-seasoned cube stuffing

Saute broccoli, onion, and celery in butter until onion and celery are soft.
Stir Poultry Seasoning, Cheddar cheese and mushrooms into mushroom soup beating until cheese melts.
Stir in broccoli mixture and herb-cubed stuffing.
Turn into casserole.
Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
