Recipe: Holiday Cheese Ball

Holiday Cheese Ball Ingredients

• Two 8 ounce packages cream cheese softened
• 8 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup chopped green or red peppers
• 2 tbsps chopped onions
• 1 tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt

To make Holiday Cheese Ball

1. Gradually stir in crushed pinapple to softened cream cheese.
2. Stir in 1 cup chopped pecans, pepper, onion, and seasoned salt.
3. Chill mixture well.
4. Once chilled form into a ball and roll in remaining 1 cup chopped pecans.
5. Chill Holiday Cheese Ball until ready to serve.

Serve Holiday Cheese Ball with an assortment of crackers.
