Lemon Butter Snowbars Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup sugar

To make Lemon Butter Snowbars

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Mix on low speed until blended 1 minute.
3. Pat into ungreased 8 inch square baking pan.
4. Bake near center of preheated oven 15-20 minutes or until brown on edges.
5. Meanwhile, prepare filling.

Filling

• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tbsps flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsps lemon juice
• Confectioners' sugar

To make Filling

1. Mix well all ingredients.
2. Pour filling into partially baked crust.
3. Return to oven for 18-20 minutes or until set.
4. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
5. Cool.
