Recipe: Low Fat Marinated Pasta
- 8 oz. Rotini noodles
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain and rinse.
- Add onions and cucumbers to noodles.
- Combine sugar, dry mustard, white pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Mix well.
- Add vinegar to sugar mixture; mix well to dissolve sugar.
- Pour dressing over noodles; toss gently.
- Marinate mixture in refrigeratror in a covered container for 4 hours or overnight.
