Recipe: Mango Bread

Recipes using McCormick Siagon Cinnamon

• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup canola oil
• 2 cups diced mangoes
• 1/2 cups raisins
• 1/4 cup walnuts

1. Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, and ground cinnamon together.
2. Form a well in center of the flour mix. Add beaten eggs, canola oil, and mangoe, mix well.
3. Gently fold chopped walnuts, and raisins into the Mango Bread batter.
4. Mix and pour Mango Bread batter into greased and floured loaf pan.
5. Bake Mango Bread at 350° F for 1 hour.
