Recipe: Marinated Teriyaki Steak
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Favorite Steaks
Combine the canola oil, low sodium soy sauce, cider vinegar, honey, green onions, and ginger in a large measuring cup. Stir to mix well.
- Place steaks in a large zippered storage bag, add sauce, and seal. Place in refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours, mixing, and flipping steaks occasionally.
- Remove steaks from bag, and cook over hot coals until steaks reach desired doneness.
