McCormick Grill Mates Applewood Rub is a Naturally Flavored, smoky, savory and slightly sweet blend of spices, peppers, garlic and applewood flavor. Rub onto meat to produce a thick crust that gives meat a bold flavor and crust of seasonings that seals in the flavor and juices.
Directions: Rub Grill Mates Applewood Rub onto meat before grilling using about 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of meat. Applewood Rubs is excellent on pork, chicken, beef, salmon and shrimp.
Ingredients: Sugar, spices and herbs (including chili pepper and red pepper), garlic, salt, maltodextrin, onion, silicon dioxide (added to make free flowing), tamarind extract, molasses, apple cider vinegar, natural applewood smoke flavor, malic acid and caramel color.
