Use McCormick Beef Marinade with Red Wine to infuse flavors into your favorite beef cuts. Use 1/3 to 1/2 cup (3 to 4 Fluid Ounces) per pound of meat. Place in refrigerator and let marinade for at least 1 hour before cooking. Marinate for longer periods of time for a stronger, richer flavor. No MSG Added.
