Sprinkle Pepper Supreme on chicken, pork, seafood, and steaks when broiling, grilling or roasting. Use McCormick Pepper Supreme as a seasoning for salads, vegetables, pasta, rice, and potatoes. Mix 2 tbsp of McCormick Pepper Supreme with 1/4 cup Canola or Olive Oil, and 1/4 cup water to make a marinade.
Recipe for Peppered Portabella Mushrooms
Heat 1/4 cup Canola Oil in a skillet. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Added 2 Portabella Mushroom Caps that are cut into 1/2" slices. Sprinkle 1 tsp Pepper Supreme over top of mushrooms, and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Ingredients in McCormick Pepper Supreme: Spices (including Black Pepper, White Pepper, and Red Pepper), Salt, Garlic, Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Chili Pepper, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Extractives of Capsicum, and Jalepeno Peppers.
